Huchuy Qosqo Trek to Machu Picchu

Huchuy Qosqo Trek to Machu Picchu

3 / 2 nights

from: USD 450.00

Huchuy Qosqo is the most important archaeological center in the valley of the Urubamba River, after Ollantaytambo and Pisac. Its archaeological remains are impressive, although today the conservation of the site is deteriorated due to antiquity.Huchuy Qosqo was the work and favorite place of the Inca Wiracocha, from here he secured the conquest over the villages of the sacred valley and in 1540 it was used by the Spaniards as a farm.

It is for that reason that Huchuy Qosqo was connected to the network of the famous Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and the Amazon Rainforest. And nowadays Huchuy Qosqo is a tourist circuit rich in excellent panoramic views towards the snow-capped mountains and the sacred valley of the Incas and highly recommended for those tourists who do not have much time in Cusco, travel with children (Families) and for those who do not book on time the tickets for the famous Inca Trail of 4 days.
